Entrust Investments, LLC (“Entrust Investments”, “we”, “us”) operates https://entrust.investments and manages residential rental property. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers visitors to this website, prospective and current residents of properties we manage, and investors and sellers who work with us.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number and the contents of any message you send through our contact form, by email, by text or by phone.
- Resident information. If you rent from us or apply to, information relating to your tenancy or application: contact details, lease documents, payment records, and maintenance requests and the correspondence about them.
- Consent records. When you consent to receive text messages, we record how consent was given (by signing a lease containing our text messaging clause, or by opting in on this website) along with the date and time, the phone number, and the exact consent wording that applied.
- Technical information. Standard server log data such as IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, used to keep the site secure and working.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiries and provide the services you asked about.
- To manage tenancies: collecting rent, coordinating maintenance and repairs, giving notice of entry, and other communication about your home.
- To send property information and updates, and marketing where you have opted in.
- To keep records that demonstrate how and when you consented to be contacted.
- To meet our legal, regulatory and lease obligations.
Mobile information and text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented or shared for any purpose other than delivering the messages you asked to receive. This applies equally to consent given on this website and consent given by signing a lease.

How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the business (for example our website host, email provider, messaging provider, payment processor and maintenance contractors) and only to the extent they need it to perform that service. A contractor sent to carry out a repair receives what they need to do the work and reach you, and nothing more. We may also disclose information where required by law, or where necessary to enforce a lease.
Your choices
- Text messages. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of texts does not opt you out of email or phone contact, and for residents it does not change any obligation under your lease; required notices will continue to reach you by the other methods your lease permits.
- Email. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us directly.
- Access and deletion. Email contact@entrustinvestments.com to request a copy of the information we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it. Some records tied to a tenancy or a completed transaction must be retained for a period required by law.
Data retention and security
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our legal obligations, including retaining SMS consent records for as long as we message you and for a reasonable period afterward, so that consent remains demonstrable. We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect it, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
