Maintenance
A repair that cannot wait
Call (615) 488-8784. An emergency is not reported by text message or by web form, because neither is watched continuously. Where anyone is in danger, or there is fire or a gas odour, call 911 first and Entrust second.
This is an emergency
- Fire, gas odour, or anything where someone is in danger: call 911 first
- Water entering the building, or a leak that cannot be shut off
- No heat, or no air conditioning during dangerous heat
- No electricity, or exposed wiring
- A door or window that will not lock
- Sewage backing up, or the only toilet not working
This is a routine request
- A dripping tap, a slow drain, or a running toilet where another is usable
- An appliance that came with the unit and has stopped working
- Heating or cooling that runs but performs poorly in mild weather
- Pests
- Anything cosmetic
Submit a request
A routine request is logged with the unit, the problem and a time a contractor can reach the property.
Submit a requestCheck a request
An open request has a status: received, scheduled, in progress, or complete. Checking it does not reset it or move it down a queue.
Call (615) 488-8784 with the unit address, and the current status will be read back.
Entry to the unit
A repair usually requires entry. Notice is given before entry except where the situation is an emergency, and the notice period is the one the lease and Tennessee law set. A preferred window can be given when the request is made, and a contractor will call ahead.
