Entrust Investments, LLC intends this website to be usable by everyone, including people using a screen reader, keyboard navigation, magnification, or voice control. This page states the standard being worked to and how to report something that does not work.

The standard

This site is built to target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 at Level AA. That is a target being actively worked to rather than a certification, and parts of the site will fall short of it while the site is being built out.

What that means in practice

• Text meets a contrast ratio of at least 4.5 to 1 against its background, and interface boundaries at least 3 to 1.
• Body text is set at a minimum of 16 pixels and can be resized without loss of content.
• Anything that can be tapped is at least 44 pixels on its smallest side.
• Every control can be reached and operated with a keyboard, and shows a visible focus indicator.
• Colour is never the only way information is conveyed; a word accompanies it.
• The site is usable at a 360 pixel screen width without horizontal scrolling.

Third-party services

Rent payment and maintenance requests are handled by a third-party resident portal that Entrust does not build and cannot modify. If a barrier is encountered there, report it to Entrust anyway. The same task can be completed by phone, and the problem can be raised with the vendor.

Reporting a barrier

Email contact@entrustinvestments.com or call (615) 488-8784 and describe what could not be done and the page it happened on. There is no form to fill in for this, and no particular wording is needed.

Anything on this site can also be completed by phone or by email. Where a barrier prevents something being done online, the same result can be arranged directly, and doing it that way costs nothing extra.
